Tom began his college years in fall, 1964, at Carleton College in Northfield, MN. He later transferred to the Univ. of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana, Illinois, and graduated with a B.A. in English in 1969.
1965: Tom Kruskal, Nate Herman, Tom Adler, and Carmi Simon playing music at The Fret Shop in Harper Court, near 53rd St. in Chicago.
