A Report on Foodways in
South Central Georgia – 1977

    Along with colleagues Alan Jabbour, Howard W. Marshall, David Stanley, Bill Lightfoot, Beverly Robinson, and Carl Fleischhauer, I was fortunate to be one of the folklorist fieldworkers involved in the Library of Congress & American Folklife Center's 1977 South-Central Georgia Folklife Project.   Documentation of the project and its digitized collections can be viewed online at:
